Sultan’s vision of creating an approach to mobile marketing that could simplify the complex and fragmented mobile advertising technology sector for brands, led to the creation of AdMaxim. As co-founder of AdMaxim, Sultan combined a deep understanding of ad management systems and analytics driven ad delivery models to create an integrated mobile advertising platform that enables effective consumer engagement on mobile. An entrepreneur and technologist with a proven track record of creating large-scale digital marketing technology solutions, Sultan’s vision is bringing fast paced innovation to the Mobile Ad Technology sector. Before co-founding AdMaxim, Sultan worked for Netscape/AOL where he played a pivotal role in product definition, architecture and deployment of a state-of-the-art online ad delivery platform and smart content delivery systems. Sultan holds several patents relating to data-driven advertising optimization technologies and has a postgraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oxford University.
Shishu founded AdMaxim with Sultan Khan and heads up AdMaxim’s data, ad and technology operations. His expertise in mission critical data warehousing is a cornerstone of AdMaxim’s proprietary conversion optimization technology. A software industry veteran, Shishu developed AOL’s high availability ad server infrastructure that handled millions of concurrent transactions. Prior to AdMaxim, Shishu was lead architect of eVoice’s core ad-supported voicemail/call routing & transcription application, which eventually became part of AOL’s technology suite. Shishu holds an MS in Computer Science from Punjabi University, India and is an author of multiple patents in ad operations and data warehousing.
Steve is a recognized financial and corporate governance expert in the UK technology sector. An Audit and Listings Partner at Price Waterhouse Coopers for 20 years, Steve focused on early stage technology and life sciences businesses listed on the Main Market, AIM and NASDAQ. Highly experienced in working with corporate boards and audit committees on reporting, risk and governance issues, Steve has been actively involved with IPO, fundraising, acquisition and disposal transactions. Prior to joining AdMaxim, Steve also ran a successful audit practice based in Cambridge (UK). Steve is a Modern and Mediaeval Languages scholar from Cambridge University.
Ian brings a wealth of experience from the media sales business .He spent 14 years working at Times Newspapers where he rose to Head of Trading Operations for The Times and Sunday Times print and digital products. More recently he has spent the last 5 years working as Head of NGN sales where he was responsible for The Sun products. In February 2012 he was also the commercial lead for the successful Sun on Sunday launch. Over the last 18 months Ian has worked heavily on the multi-platform ad pricing strategy for News International products. Ian is adept at running high achieving multi-platform sales teams. He has a BSC degree in Sports science and Sociology from Surrey University.
Tasmin is responsible for managing AdMaxim’s global strategic partnerships and key accounts in the Americas and EMEA regions. Tasmin works closely with brands and agencies to incorporate mobile marketing as a key component of their consumer engagement strategy. Under Tasmin’s leadership, AdMaxim’s Strategic Initiatives team has seen rapid growth in the last 12 months and continues to expand AdMaxim’s footprint across key territories. Tasmin brings 14 years of media and advertising experience having spent over a decade in TV broadcast and production as a producer, journalist, presenter and news anchor. Tasmin’s expertise in creating brand commercials for TV, print and digital gives her a unique set of insights that she applies to brand strategy for mobile. She holds a Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) degree from the University of Oxford.
Having started working in mobile in the early days of the App Store, in a role focused on consumer and B2B applications, Tristan moved into the world of advertising when he joined AdMaxim in 2012. After three years running AdMaxim's client services team, Tristan moved to a role leading product initiatives, working across the whole product suite. He now runs native.ly, a specialist native advertising platform launched by AdMaxim in early 2016.
With over ten years’ involvement in advertising and interactive design, Miles is ideally placed to guide AdMaxim’s global creative department. He has implemented a creative process and introduced techniques developed through his experience at the San Francisco office of AKQA, one of the world’s most successful digital advertising agencies. Miles has been a leading and collaborative team member on award winning concept and campaign developments for Nike’s Jordan Brand, Microsoft Xbox, Audi, McDonalds, and Red Bull.
