An Audit and Listings Partner at Price Waterhouse Coopers for 20 years, Steve focused on early stage technology and life sciences businesses listed on the Main Market, AIM and NASDAQ. Highly experienced in working with corporate boards and audit committees on reporting, risk and governance issues, Steve has been actively involved with IPO, fundraising, acquisition and disposal transactions. Prior to joining AdMaxim, Steve also ran a successful audit practice based in Cambridge (UK). Steve is a Modern and Mediaeval Languages scholar from Cambridge University.
